Can I download MacOS without internet? What’s even better is there are four ways to restore your operating system, so there are always backup options in case one didn’t work. My MacBook Pro was having trouble restarting (doesn't go past the grey screen with apple logo) so I tried to reinstall lion. However I will not advance past the verify computer elegibility screen. I let it sit like that for several hours and nothing. I originally bought my mac in August 2011 originally with snow leopard but had a free upgrade to lion. I don't have the original disk, it is not with me. Has anybody else had this issue? Or have any ideas on how to fix it?
